adding custom fields to customer and Supplier Info

Hi I am new to Reckon. I trying to find ways to add custom field (eg Customer ID, Customer Industry Code etc) to enable me to report, add information when sending invoice etc.

My search in knowledge base gives conflicting answers. Can some provide help?

    Hi Helen, I am using Reckon One Core and Invoices Lite.
    The search 'Defined fields for Customer' gives a response that there are 7 custom fields available ... however the response was 3 years ago!

    I dont believe reckon one has cutomiseable fields in invoices like hosted does, you would need to utilise the reference field or have the customer number with their name. sorry have no other suggestions. Helen

    Hi folks, I know this post is ancient now but in case anyone comes across it in future, I just wanted to add that Reckon One supports custom fields. You can create your own data fields for company, customer and invoice information and have these appear on your invoice templates.
