After you deactivate a Reckon One book, it will remain in our database for 7 years which is the statutory time you need to maintain financial records.
You will be able to access this book for the information you entered even if you do not have an active subscription. You will not be able to enter any new information or use any Reckon One functionality.
You can reactivate at any time and this video will show you the easy steps to do so.
