Hi. I cant log into work account because of a trial account. pls help!!

I can't log in to my work account. I opened a trial account and when I log in, it brings up both accounts but wont let me access the work one. Please help....

    Hi Julie,
    Can you give us some more info on this, when you say you login and it brings up both accounts does this mean your Reckon One book for your work has been shared with you? 

    What is happening when you try to open a book after logging in?
