Transfer ownership of Reckon One file/book

We enlisted outside help to set up our company's book in Reckon One, but they inadvertently purchased the subscription and created the file in their own name instead of ours... we were given shared access as an administrator and currently have 11 months' worth of data entered.  Can someone please advise whether it is possible for ownership of the book/file to be transferred to us, and if so, how to get this done?  Many thanks.

    Hi MKD,
    This has been raised and is being investigated in terms of what it will look like to incorporate in both Reckon One and the portal. There are no timeframes on this at this stage however.
