ReckonOne blank page upon opening...can't open company file!!!!

I can log into the portal, click on the 'OPEN' button and it just takes me to a blank tab.
Have tried in Chrome & Firefox - same issue.

Someone please help!!image

    Hi Aleisha,
    Can you please remove everything after the word 'Core' in the URL and then reload the page.

    This should take you back to the normal Reckon One screen but please let me know how you get on

    Have tried that. I also cleared history & cache, then re-tried. No luck!

    Client is not happy with me, I've been unable to access reports for a meeting.

    ReckonOne company file is now working for myself & my coworker. Was it a system issue?

    Glad to hear its working Aleisha.
    I've checked in with the Reckon One team and there were no outages or widespread system issues in the last little while, but sing out if this happens again
