Hi - it has now taken over 3 min to print out a pay slip - what is going on?

I has taken over 3 min to generate/print a pays slip after hitting the print button . What is going on?

    Hi Retrolooms,
    We've moved Hosted over to a new environment yesterday in an effort to bring in some more streamlined processes. There is an impact on printing where the first job may take longer than usual to complete. It should return to normal after the first print. 

    Can you please confirm?

    Its very slow the whole system   Thought it was my internet buts that running at 30mbps
