CANT PRINT TO OUR PRINTER, AND ON HOLD FOR NEARLY AN HOUR - NOT HAPPY!!

Printing problems. We cant Print to our normal printer, it has been defaulted to: Reckon Printer, and we cant change. Call Office 07 5593 5858

Hi Dan,
You need to enable browser popups for Hosted, there is full info on the process for each major browser here -
When I try to print in Reckon Accounts Hosted nothing happens

Why do we have to do this now? Obviously that's why the phones are not getting answered

Because in the long run it will be quicker
