I HAVE CHANGED PASSWORD FOR A USER AND NOW WE CANT GET IN

I have changed the password for a user on our account and now we cannot log in using the new or old password. Any ideas please

Rhonda. You should be able to go in and just set up a new password John L G0

True John I should. Have tried to do that in manage users but doesnt seem to work.

Rhonda. As another potential interim step, try setting it up with no password (blank) which is an option. If that works have another go at setting a new passwordl
