can't print invoices

Today when I logged on I cant get my invoices to print - I have enabled Pop ups but it will not recognise my printer.  Why on earth do they make changes at EOFY when everyone is so under the pump and why change something that works well as it is?

    Which browser are you using Jodi?

    I'm guessing the screen you're getting stuck at is the one in my screenshot below, if you click the Print option there, do you see any indication that your browser is preventing a popup still?
