Reckon keeps shutting down

I am trying to work in Reckon however I keep getting thrown out of the program.
Error code: 00000 50095

    Hi Rebecca,
    Is there a specific task that you're working on consistently when you encounter this problem?

    How often does it occur? Which browser are you using with Hosted and does the same thing happen if you try on a different browser?
