app.reckonone.com took too long to respond. error message

Hi I keep getting this error message. 
Some days I have no trouble logging in other days I get this error. the dashboard still opens ok, but when I try to open the book this is the error I get. Please HELP!!!! BAS is due ASAP

Hi Josh,

http://app.reckon.com/ is one of the original URL's for Reckon One.

It has since been updated to https://portal.reckon.com

I assume http://app.reckon.com/ has now been taken down.

If the page timesout when opening a book you will see a longer URL in the adress bar. There is a work around in the article below for this https://community.reckon.com/reckon/topics/reckon-one-timeout-and-accounts-enquirey-use
