Hi Rav, yes it is. If I left click (and hold down) the mouse I cannot move the cursor on the screen.0

Hi Rav, was there a solution for this question? I have the similar issues with Windows 10 and using Google Chrome. I am unable to select text correctly, have difficulty in selecting, moving or adjusting windows or even scrolling will cause some issues. I another location with Google Chrome and Windows 7, it works perfectly.1

I have this problem also on only one of 3 computers that access our Hosted application. I tried switching the mouse between the two but it is not a mouse problem. It must be due to the settings on this particular PC that prevents the mouse from activating the scroll bars, column resizing and text selection0

I am using a standard mouse, initially I was using a wireless mouse but went back to a USB mouse to reduce any issues.1

I am using a usb mouse but this is not an issue on my home computer using Windows 10 Home edition. This is also the same edition being used on the work PC which is causing issues.0

I am also having this problem using wireless mouse and windows 10. Cannot highlight text and problems using scroll bars. Going by the questions in his section the problem has not been answered.

I have just upgraded to a new computer and windows 11. I am having the same problem with the mouse. It is so frustrating, slow and unproductive. Came here looking for an answer and what no resolution since 2020?

This appears to be related to the Mouse settings on the individual PC rather than with Hosted itself.

Unfortunately it is only on Reckon. My mouse works perfectly fine on my PC using other programs and IT have looked into it as well. Very strange but thank you for your feedback.

I've tried Chrome and Edge and same issue.

I managed to resolve the issue by asking my IT manager to turn off "touch screen" on my laptop (he really didn't want to) and after that I could highlight/select text normally regardless of which mouse or browser I use.
