Is there a solution for this problem? I am having the same issues when using Hosted on Windows 10 using a usb mouse...have tried in Chrome and Internet Explorer etc
2 years later and I am still waiting for a solution.
I have just upgraded to a new computer and windows 11. I am having the same problem with the mouse. It is so frustrating, slow and unproductive. Came here looking for an answer and what no resolution since 2020?

This appears to be related to the Mouse settings on the individual PC rather than with Hosted itself.
Unfortunately it is only on Reckon. My mouse works perfectly fine on my PC using other programs and IT have looked into it as well. Very strange but thank you for your feedback.
@Michelle_7070859 Which browser are you using for Hosted ?
I've tried Chrome and Edge and same issue.
I managed to resolve the issue by asking my IT manager to turn off "touch screen" on my laptop (he really didn't want to) and after that I could highlight/select text normally regardless of which mouse or browser I use.
