Unable to add a new bank connection

Hello, have just started using Reckon One and am trying to create a new bank connection to import my data. When going through the new connection process, I enter my account details and press next and am shown a screen which reads "Unexpected error. Please refresh the browser and try again. If the problem persists, please contact support for assistance." I've tried restarting my browser and refreshing the page but am unable to proceed any further. Any ideas?

    Hi Tom,

    Usually this message refers to temporary errors with the Yodlee feed for the particular bank that you're trying to connect to. 
    Give it a little bit of time and try again later.

    Which bank are you trying to connect to?

    Hi Rav - this problem has been ongoing for me for several days now.  I am trying to connect a credit card to CBA and also get the "Unexpected error. Please refresh the browser and try again. If the problem persists, please contact support for assistance." - can you please give an update on when this is expected to be fixed. cheers

    Hi Tom,
    Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

    I've had a chat with our BankData team on this, it looks as though BoQ Specialist is a new addition to the Yodlee feed service and is potentially leading to some issues on that end. I've sent your case to our BankData team to further investigate alongside our product dev.

    I'll come back to you as soon as I hear further news following this.

    Did anything materialise from the yoodle feed issue I have set the ANZ bank accounts to connect, which shows 2 out of the 3 bank accounts but not the one  I need. The bank connect shows all three active. Even doubling one account up. image
