Is there a way to export the income and expense graph to excel?

Hi Katrina,

The graphs in Reckon Accounts don't carry data in themselves but rather display the figures in the accounts. You will need to export the accounts data itself to Excel and you will see the options of doing so in the Ribbon toolbar. Once the data is inserted into a workbook you will be able to create the same graphs in Excel.

Hi Katrina,

I agree with Rob.  If you want to regularly create the graph in Excel (as the data changes), you can create a "graph" Excel file that depends on the exported "data" Excel file.  make sure the exported file always goes into the same place with the same name and the graph file is set to refresh data on opening.
