GST report

Reporting period:

I have problem with reporting period on Reckonone. It is showing only

Quarter 1 June to August 2018
Quarter 2 September to November 2018
Quarter 3 Decembers 2018 to February 2019
Quarter 4 March to May 2019
Annual - June 2018 to May 2019

I want to change it in Australian system

Quarter 1 July to September 2018
Quarter 2 October to December 2018
Quarter 3 January 2018 to March 2019
Quarter 4 April to June 2019
Annual - July 2018 to June 2019

I read past an official answer in regard NZ and I couldn’t see any the following steps on reckon one as well.

1. Click the cog icon top left > Settings
2. Under the 'GST settings' header click 'General' to configure your GST basis to 'Payments'

    You should be able select in the dates in the top of the report section. - from - to. I only do GST. 2 monthly.

    It is correct but I am struggling on BAS report. I need to submit BAS report 

    Quarter 1 July to September 2018
    Quarter 2 October to December 2018
    Quarter 3 January 2018 to March 2019
    Quarter 4 April to June 2019
    Annual - July 2018 to June 2019

    I cannot see these configuration on my Reckon One. Can you help me?

    Hi Kalum,
    What reporting period selections are showing in the dropdown menu?

    Can you post a screenshot if possible?
