    Where must I have the logo to start with. Have tried this.I have my logo on the desktop in my documents, in downloads and a couple of other places and it wont retrieve it.

    Hi Kerry,
    You'll need to upload your images to the Q drive using the floating toolbar in Reckon Accounts Hosted.

    I had the same problem. upload my logo (.jpg  black and white) into Q: . still doesn't retrieve to the invoice?
