Second single touch payroll company information is valid

I am really struggling to get our company linked.
I have checked and updated the company name as per abn lookup
added both QuickBooks and single touch to the access manager. 
I don't have anything in the branch number. 
tried it both in chrome and in internet explorer.

I am stumped how do I get it to work????

    Company information is valid

    Prior to this message, I was getting was invalid company information provided. Please check ABN/WPN, Company Nae and Branch etc.  I fixed that and now get Company information is valid but will not load the file.

    it was an error in a persons pay item  it just needed to be deleted.  Reckon need a process to run to file though to check errors.  I had to call to get it fixed.
