Performance issues - I have noted that issues on Performance have been posted previously but I can see no improvement. At present it is basically unusable.

    Hi Sandy,
    In what way is Reckon One unusable for you at the moment? Are you referring to a specific function/area in Reckon One? eg. invoices, reports etc.
    What is happening specifically?

    Has there been any troubleshooting conducted as yet? 
    Which browser are you using? Are you able to test on an alternative browser and confirm if you experience the same behaviour?

    Have you had a chat with our technical support team?
