    Explain?  You don't install Reckon One - you login on the cloud and create a new file.

    Can you step me through the process you're going through? 
    Are you attempting to install a Reckon Accounts desktop based program to your local PC or are you having trouble signing up online for Reckon One?

    Can you give me a bit more info on where you're having trouble.
