Hi, am trying to do first lodgement of STP from Reckon One but keep getting the same error message
I am stumped, so if anyone could please lead me in the right direction and get this sorted, would be truly grateful.

Hi Kaz,
Can you please ensure that the legal name of the business in your Reckon One book also matches exactly what is shown in GovConnect including case sensitivity. This usually solves the error.0 -
OK, have gone in and copy directly of GovConnect into Recon One book settings, still getting the same error message

Hi guys,
Do you have a branch number listed in your book settings and does it match what is listed in your STP entity in GovConnect?0 -
Hi Guys
Still cannot get this to work, the only thing I can find is that STP GovConnect has no address listed, but I have both postal and physical set up in Access manager on ATO & and also in Reckon One book setting, no branch number, any clues really need an answer on this, most frustrating setup ever!!!

Kaz honestly I am the same and there seems to be no solution from Reckon We are a small business so I have gone and found another software provider and it honestly worked first time. Much easier. Although I would prefer to use Reckon the lack of help to solve this error is beyond frustrating and stressful. I will keep checking back to see if its resolved but until then I am using KeyPay. This has taken way too much time.0

thanks Kylie...have thought about swapping over, we are only Small business of 6 and this is just to much hassle for us. To busy to sit around on phone for hours getting nowhere and not getting the answers I need from the forums either. Will look into KeyPay. thanks Kaz

I had the same problem, it took some figuring out, but under book setting you have a 'General details' tab and a 'Legal entity' tab. Once I changed the company name under the 'Legal entity' tab it went through. I'd also been through all the other field checks and shortened the legal name to 38 characters and made sure it matched with the name in GovConnect.0

I fixed this by making sure all the addresses had the state selected from the drop down menu not typed in. So frustrating!0
