Problem saving Payroll filing.csv file into a location that I can actually access it to upload to IRD. When I try to export this file I am given only the network locations of Q drive or B drive. How do I open this up so that I can save in other locations on my PC as when trying to upload file to IRD (or anywhere else for that matter, I am not able to access those two locations.
Would be grateful for any advice and instructions on how to fix this problem.

Hi Sally,
The Q & B drives are network drives specific to Hosted only. What you need to do is save the file to your Q drive and then download it your PC eg. Desktop, My Documents etc using the Floating Toolbar.
