Tried to log on to our reckon hosted account and keep getting this error code.
Error occurred when Reckon accounts tried to create, open, or use the company file. Please try again.
If problem persists, contact reckon technical support and provide them with the following error codes (-6150, -1006)

Is this happening when you attempt to open a backup?
If so, this mostly happens if you rename your file incorrectly. For example, if your backup file name is "Sample Company.QBW.QBB" or "Sample Company.QBB.QBM" you will receive this error. A backup file name should be "Sample Company.QBB" or "Sample Company.QBM" etc. It might contain date and time stamp but should only contain the one extension (QBB, QBW, QBM, QBA, and QBY).
Also filename should not contain any other extensions. Example: Sample CompanyQBB.QBM or Sample CompanyQBM.QBB etc.
