Hi guys, we have just upgraded to Accounts Hosted and the PAID stamp across the invoices comes up and prints really blurry. Is there a way we can fix this, please and thank you

Is your printer printing everything else fine?  Logos etc.

Yes everything else is fine, just the PAID stamp comes up close to unreadable

Thanks for the reply. We have HP Office Jet Pro printers that are only few months old and print all else fine, just not sure why only the stamp across comes up like this

I've just printed off a few of these and they came out normally. I guess it might depend on the printer as has been suggested above?

If it's happening in the on-screen display as well, it may be more likely related to your monitor/display settings not being set as per Reckon's optimal recommendation for Hosted ... Not sure on the specifics as the tech side's not really my forte ... @Rav any ideas ?

It's only when printing an invoice directly from Reckon. If I save the invoice to a pdf and then print, it's fine. And it's only the "stamp" part of the invoice that's blurry exactly as shown above. Everything else I print is ok.

@BRiLiANT1553 The cause of your issue might be different to the original post then as theirs was blurry on-screen also ?

Thanks for everyone's help so far. Hopefully I can get a solution. The issue I have is purely print related and with the "stamp" only. As per the earlier photo which I have copied.

    Hi,

I have just experienced the same issue.

The issue was resolved by changing from the default HP PLC6 printer driver to the HP Universal Post Script driver. This appears to be the driver used by the Host Server Service.

    I hope this helps
