how does a staff member log on to reckon one?

Hello, I have creatyed a Reckon One account and all seems smooth. I want a staff member to be able to access the book to do invoices. I have created a user and roles for him. He has created a reckon account. but the first time he has tried to log on, he can not see where our accounts book is. any help?
