Trouble Returning to Accounts Hosted after STP

I have trouble returning to Accounts Hosted after lodging STP in Govconnect. Currently, I end up having to completely close Accounts and then log in again. What is the process, please?

    Hi Bigduke,
    Once you're finished with the GovConnect service using the browser that opens within Hosted itself, you can then hit the exit option and it will take you back to Hosted. I'll add a screenshot below to show what I mean.

    I find the trick is not to make your Portal window (when in Hosted) full screen - if you leave it as a window over the top of the Hosted window and just make it big enough to do what you want to do - then you can easily close it and then be back where you were in Hosted... I find it you make it full screen - thats when closing it logs you out of Hosted and you need to log in again... or just leave it running - and do Alt+PgeUp to bring the Reckon Account screen to the front...

    Thanks Linda. I've just done a dummy run and your advice works a treat.                  I'm still not sure how this process got the name "Single Touch Payroll."

    I think this was the ATO's wishful thinking !  ;)
