How do I sign up Reckon One Payroll only subscription in Customer Portal?

I am trying to sign up Reckon One Payroll only subscription but there is no product I can add in the customer portal. How do I do?

I do not think there is a 'payroll only' account as the basic 5 $ program does not include this. If I were you, I would go for the more comprehensive package that includes it. Yes, it is more expensive per month, and I assume you have another package already in place for your accountancy. Does that programma not have STP in it ? Alternatively you will have to find a completely new provider. There may be ones that offer STP only.

Hi Lillian, use the $5 basics package that's what I use for payroll only.
