I have bill credit transaction that when I try to modify closes the program!!

When I try to reopen the 'bill credit' it shuts the whole program down. I have run rebuild & verify a few time, but nothing fixes it

Hi Leonie,

It suggests that this transaction is corrupt and you will have to delete it. and re-enter.
To do this, you cannot open the transaction as is crashes Reckon....so go to Edit heading dropdown/Use Register.

Then select Accounts Payable - scroll to find transaction...without opening it, highlight that line by 1 click and then press ctrl D on your keyboard - to delete.
