STP lodgement error

ATO Messages

The following error messages have been returned from the ATO and need to be reviewed. You may need to make changed in your accounting product before submitting again.

Error message

  • Lodgment Failed. Contact the ATO. Error code {Code}

I get this error message when submitting STP.
Most likely is because I registered as Branch 2.

I registered for Branch 2 because when I register using my ABN, it said that it's already been used.

Anyone know how to fix this?
