Online Share prices are incorrect

Hi

Your price on Telstra shares is incorrect in the online download . It is 100 times the price. Telstra lookip code is TLS and yesterday closed at $3.08 A your online upload site said $222.73. This throws out your entire asset reports.

 Can you please fix it.

 Product is Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2020 on Windows 10 platform

    Hi Paul,

    I've just added Telstra ran an update in Personal Plus (I have the 2019 install) . Below are my results for the price download and I'll add my configuration as well. Are you able to compare?

    Just for reference.  I update my prices on line last evening and checked them again this morning.  Everything is ok

    This happens to me once or twice a year with the same share always (BLD). It also shows 100 times the value. I just change it manually. After a period of one to two weeks it corrects itself. Never been able to explain this. It is a problem on your system only, as Rav shows nobody else has this issue.
