Interesting question. I don't think Reckon has a solution for it at the moment.

I'm in fact building a solution that sync orders from Reckon Commerce to Reckon Hosted. Please let me know if you are interested. It will be ready in 1-2 weeks time.

While we've had some conversations around Reckon eCommerce & Hosted integration, there aren't any plans for it at this stage.

However perhaps Phuong's solution would be an option to explore.

Import preferences



Order Search (Show outstanding orders from ecommerce)

Sample order from eCommerce


If there is any item not found in Reckon Hosted, you have an option to map



Order imported successfully

Please note that it is a custom solution so I can modify the app to work the way you want.

Hi Mathieu,

Yes, product stock/price sync from Reckon Hosted back to eCommerce is supported.

Please note that the sync can be automated and any errors will be emailed to you so you can take further action. (For eg. it cannot find the products in Reckon, etc..)
