    All going well Hosted 2020 will be available midweek. We'll have more info on release to follow.

    Megan Hi. The process is relatively simple. One you open the file in the new release it will require you to make a back up. When this has finished it will upgrade automatically. Depending on the file size it can take a while. In the worst case scenario you may need to download it to your desktop to upgrade it but it's rare that this happens.
