I have issue when lodging STP (EOFY) with Reckon One. I have checked all employees details, including phone number and address and make sure no special characters are included. However i still recieved the error message "Request was incorrectly formatted or was missing required items". 

By the way, no such issue when lodging weekly STP. I guess the problems with those terminated employees but no luck to find the problem.

Any one can help? thanks

    I am really frustured about Reckon service. ATO deadline to lodge STP is 14/7/20 but the STP issue has not been fixed by Reckon one yet for almost 14 days. Really bad service

    I am the same. All they do is send me to a article that has nothing to do with EOFY just normal & if it is working with normal lodgments it is obvisously a year end function
