Superannuation Automatic Calculation
Hello,
Some of my staff super contribution has dropped out and will not calculate automatically. They all get paid above the $450 per week mark. The only change I made was to start a new financial year fresh from a previous book keeper I changed everyone over to the payroll item code so that there wasn't so many.
Can anyone shed some light on what I have done wrong and how to correct the problem?

What version of Reckon are you using?

Hi Kris, I am using Reckon Hosted

Have you gone to the new super item you created and ticked all the pay rates that are applicable to it? Go to Employee, manage payroll items, click on the new super item and go through the Windows and then tick the pay items that you use so this super item works.
