New Tax Table

One of our employees queried her PAYG for last fortnight.

FN Gross = $2595, Reckon calculated tax = $614. ATO calculated from Fortnightly tables = $530. That's a big difference for our valued staff member.

I rang Reckon helpdesk who told me $614 was correct and to double check with ATO. I rang ATO and they said $530 was correct and advised me to adjust the tax to $530.

I need to feel confident that the new tax rates are correct moving forward. Any suggestions?

What is the setup of this particular employee in Reckon Accounts Hosted?

Have you cross checked the tax amount in the ATO's online tax withheld calculator?

Hi Rav, She's permanent part time with TFT. Checked the current FN Tax tables and confirmed with 'real person' at the tax office:)
