Termination of Employee receiving JobKeeper

Employee resigned 04.01.21 and has been receiving JobKeeper. Made final termination payment and submitted via STP. I did not provide JK finish date on this payment. ATO have suggested I do an update event on STP? Or do I do full file replacement? How would I do either of these please? Thank you

I did an update event a week ago and it is still not reflected on Jobkeeper employees window on business portal, so I will do what I have done a few times already - and that is to ring ATO and lodge Dec JK over the phone
