Clean up company file - how often ?

Hi There,

How often should I 'clean up company file'.

We have had Reckon for about 15 years and never done it....

Also what does it do ?

Regular file maintenance is something we can't stress enough to ensure the integrity of your file is intact, errors are minimised and also to make sure you're getting the best performance out of the file.

Outside of the 'clean up' function, do you perform any file maintenance currently?

Regular verify & rebuilds should be carried out and made part of your routine, if you're not already, and any errors that appear in the QBWIN.log followed up on. I'll link a guide below which will be a good place to start -
