Multi Factor Identifier Fault

I changed mobile phones but kept the same mobile number but for some reason the multi-factor authentication wont work when i put the code in . I want to revoke it and start again but cant remember the pin plus the MFA code keeps coming up as invalid. How can I fix this please as tech support seem too busy to help?

    Hi Karen,

    Are you receiving MFA via SMS message or are you using a Google Authenticator app?

    I have the same problem. I was using Google authenticator, but when I open the app my link for STP is gone.

    Do you remember your Revoke code?

    If so, can revoke the current Google Authenticator setup in GovConnect & redo your access via SMS instead.

    Thank you, I have it all sorted now. I spoke to tech support who helped me revoke my mfa so that I could set it up again.
