When staff no longer work for you.

We have 8 staff on our books who no longer work for us and I have archived them. Does this mean they will now no longer show up as staff in next years end of financial year report to the tax office? Or do I need to do something else to take them off our books?

Archiving an employee sets an end date to their employment in that profile. If they have any active balance for the current financial year then they'll appear in your EOFY finalisation report when the time comes to send that next year. Other than that you don't need to do anything else.
