Migration to Payroll App and stating ABN already registered

Hi administrator

We also have the problem, getting the message “this ABN & branch number is already registered“ .

Restarted iphone and same problem again, and again. Tried on Ipad and still same problem.

Also tried what you suggested to another user with same problem, logging in from a computer using Chrome browser to

http://https://payroll.reckon.com/migration/start but get exact same message , same problem.

our ABN is 22 721 060 423

    Can you please try the migration again now and let me know if you're able to proceed successfully.

    Please ensure you're logging into the Payroll App using the same email address and password that you use for your STP app account.

    Let me know how you get on.

    Hi Rav

    I Initially got in to the page where it says name your book but then and error code came up when I pressed "next"  So logged out and now having the same problem as before ABN already registered etc


    Hope you can sort it out as I need to report last weeks payroll

    What was the specific error message that came up at this stage?


    Can you please close the app in full ie. swipe it away from any other running apps on your phone and then try again one more time.

    If there is an error that comes up during the way, try and take a screenshot of it and post it here.

    Ok, i've made a small change on my end for your account. This time can you please follow the steps below -

    • Close the Payroll App in full ie. swipe it away from any other running apps on your phone.
    • Head over to https://payroll.reckon.com/ and sign in with the email address you use to login to the STP app.
    • Follow the prompts to migrate. It will follow the same flow as the migration process on the phone app.
    • Once the migration has completed, just login to the Payroll App to access the account.


    That should work but either way let me know how you get on.
