Changing STP from Reckon app to Reckon Hosted

I have registered with the Reckon Govconnect, but when it comes to entering the abn of the business it comes up saying it is already registered. Is this because it was done prior to this on the app?
What do I need to do to get it to work?

If you're using the Reckon Payroll App (not the old STP app) for your STP submissions then yes this will be causing a block I believe.
Have you sent any submissions from the app to the ATO as yet? And also, since you're moving to Hosted will you be continuing to use the app or is it no longer required?

No submissions have been done from the new app, had trouble just adding another employee so changing. What is the procedure then?

Can I grab the ABN that you've registered to the Payroll App (and attempting to in GovConnect) and I'll take a look on my end.

When I take a look at this ABN its already registered in GovConnect as you've already mentioned. Now, if you're going to be using Reckon Accounts Hosted from here on for your ABN 37 730 442 321, you can use the same STP entity that has already been setup in GovConnect. All you need to do is sign in to GovConnect using the existing account that was used when it was first setup.
Once you're back into the account, you just add the 'Reckon Accounts Hosted' product into GovConnect and then submit your STP submissions through that.
