Cannot sign in
Put email and passwordin, got the 6 digit code, entered that.
Then, error message
something went wrong. We can't complete your request. Reload the page or log out if the issue persists.
I have reloaded about 15 times, logged out numerous times, deleted the app numerous times, restarted my iphone.
Please help.

Ok I've had a look at your account and there are a couple of things happening here.
The first is, I can see that the Payroll App account you're creating is under a completely different email address to what your STP app account is under. You need to ensure that you use the same email address and password that you use on the STP app to login to the Payroll App in order for migration to read your existing account.
The second thing is, I've made a small change on my end which should allow you proceed with the migration provided that you login to the Payroll App with the existing STP app account credentials.
Give that a go and let me know how you get on.
