ABN and branch already registered

Hi I’m hoping someone can help me. I an trying to migrate from the old STP app to the new payroll app. I am getting an error message stating that the ABN and branch number are already registered. Although I have no other log in details. I can’t get any further than this and I would like to migrate my data from the STP app so I can continue to process pays

    I'll need to do a couple of checks for this on my end, can I grab the ABN that you're trying to migrate over from the STP app please.

    hi @Rav


    I have done this and am now getting a error message saying failed to create a book this may be a temporary issue.

    even trying a few times I am still getting this message.

    Ok, i've made a small change on my end for your account. This time can you please follow the steps below -

    • Close the Payroll App in full ie. swipe it away from any other running apps on your phone.
    • Head over to https://payroll.reckon.com/ and sign in with the email address you use to login to the STP app.
    • Follow the prompts to migrate. It will follow the same flow as the migration process on the phone app.
    • Once the migration has completed, just login to the Payroll App to access the account.


    That should work but either way let me know how you get on.
