Old employees showing up on 20/21 EOFY

Hi,
Old employees are showing on my 20/21 EOFY the figures are zero and they have a termination date one is 29/8/19 and the other 1/7/19. Should I make them inactive. Should I submit my EOFY anyway. What am I supposed to do with them and I can’t really save any updates on them without putting in incomplete details that are required in the new App like email etc I don’t have these details.
