Undo pay run to draft status?

I had successfully submit a pay ray through the reckongovconnect.

I need to amend this pay run, how could I undo this pay run and put it in draft status

    I am assuming you are able to view the relevant Payrun in the Reckon Payroll App.

    Where you see the 3 dots (...) on the right of the payrun details click it and follow the new prompts you get.

    Also go through some of the information on this page. Scroll down to section "completing the payrun" and step 3.

    Hi Hana,

    Just to clarify, this post has been created in the Payroll App category but you've also mentioned GovConnect which is a completely separate service. Are you using the Payroll App or some other Reckon software in conjunction with the GovConnect service?
