issues with the payroll app

I've migrated to the Reckon STP App.

As I'm filling out the various items, I'm running into problems, for example, the employee doesn't have any allowances or deductions and it will not let me move on, it's very frustrating because it doesn't save the information that I have already filled in as email address, contact number, and holiday leave and personal leave. The business only has 3 employees, why is it so hard.

    If the employee doesn't have any initial YTD allowances or deductions then you simply don't add those items in that tab. If you tap into the 'add item' option in an allowance for example then just cancel it and back out of that screen.
