I have tried to send wages to ATO but Reckon Sign but I get the below message

Sorry, that ABN has already been registered. If you have one, please try a different GST branch.

    Hi @Rosena

    Are you attempting to migrate from the STP app over to the Payroll App?

    Can I grab the ABN that you're trying to register in the app, I'll do a couple of checks on my end.

    I had Reckon Gov Connect working but when tried to log in the other day it says incorrect user name.

    I tried to retrieve my user name, but it then tells me me User ID is also incorrect. Is your User ID the same as your Reckon User ID?

    Hi Rosena

    I've just had a look at your ABN/account and its been created under an email address not a User ID.

    You just need to login with the same email address (and password) that was used to create the account initially. I can't advise what that email address is here but what I will say is, its not the same as the email address your Community account is under. Hopefully that points you in the right direction, let me know if you still have trouble.
