Error code 7109 and 7118

Hi,

I have installed Quicken 2010 on my new laptop, a Dell Inspirion with Windows 10 installed. I downloaded the program from the Reckon website and installed successfully. I tried using the product key provided but immediately get error codes 7109 and 7118 and the program closes and exit.

Any suggestions on what the issue is?
