Adding new employee to STP (Reckon Accounts Hosted)

Hi,

I am having an issue with processing STP for a new employee.

When I press "Process Single Touch Payroll" in the Employees tab, the new employee does not appear.

Is there a way to add the new employee?

Hi @KNguyen

Is the new employee part of the pay run that you have selected in the 'Process STP' screen?

Example, for this particular pay run in my screenshot, I have two employees. Whereas in others that I select from the dropdown, I may only have one etc.

No he isn't, and I am confused as to why he is not since he was apart of the pay run.

I would go back into the payrun and change something on the missing employee, save it and the go back and change it back to the original. Save and export and try STP again

Check if this option is ticked for the employee, if it is remove it.
