Bank Data Import Button Missing


Seems like I have lost my "Bank Data Import" button on Reckon Accounts Hosted. It was fine in June 2021 then has gone .... maybe since update to 2021 ????? So unable to import bank data.
All bank accounts show flash sign and when I go to Reckon Customer Portal they show as "Active"
I thought maybe my account was stopped because of out of date Credit Card??? No one seems to know. So put new card into system.
Three times I have called support and after long silences and very difficult language barriers I am no nearer fixing problem. They promised to get back to me ... but still waiting.
I think??? The last person said I needed to go back into "Fast Coding for Reckon Hosted" and "Migrate accounts" and sends me the documentation of setting up FastCoding and Migrating ?*&$@
OK ... so I go into the "Fast Coding for Reckon Hosted" only to get Error: Description already exists.
Anyhow ... what was working in June is not now. Anyone got any suggestions.

The previous BankData service for Reckon Accounts (Desktop) & Reckon Accounts Hosted was decommissioned on 23 June 2021 and due to that the 'BankData Import' button has been removed from the 2021 release of Hosted.
In its place, a new next-generation BankData service has been developed and is available for Reckon Accounts Hosted. This includes the Fast Coding service that you've been advised of by the support team.

Now in regard to the error message
Error: Description already exists
that you're receiving, this is likely related to the Business Name that you've entered. You may already have a entity/tile setup in the account with the same name which is preventing the registration.1 -
Hi Rav I have had the same issue. when I went into fats coding to migrate an existing bank feed, none showed up. I thought I would enter the account details in and add the feed, when I did this I got a message stating that the account already existed in Reckons systems and to contact support to claim it. I have called support and was supposed to receive a call back the night before last but am still waiting. my case id is CAS-125617. I have since connected the bank feeds by Yodlee and they are there but no transactions are coming through. I have synced it manually and still nothing. I set it up on Monday so I am not sure if it normally take this long or whether there is another issue. I am a bit disappointed that the old bank feeds were discontinued and we were not informed that we would have to convert over to Fast coding. I did receive emails with information regarding the fast coding but it certainly was not clear that the other way was being discontinued. I hope you can help.

It's all a lot clearer now. Somehow I missed any emails about BankData being discontinued. (hence the confusion) I can see all my bank accounts in the FastCoding windows .... I'll just have to work through the new learning curve of using the new format. I was just learning the old system.
Are there any good instruction videos you would recommend ???

Hi Rav my fast coding is now working with the Yodlee feed. There are some transactions that had errors but I have managed to balance my accounts. Seems to be pretty easy to use so far. Thank you for your help.

Hi Rav. my feeds are there but the latest transaction I can see is on the 5th of August, 5 days ago. There are definitely more transactions in my bank account but they aren't showing up. wouldn't it be normal for these to be there daily. I thought this was to make things faster. am I supposed to do something else to get new transactions in.

Can you please try this out -
Go into Feed Management window and you'll see a little 'key' icon next to the feed, click that and it will take you through the Yodlee set up to add your login details again to reauthorise the feed.
That should re-establish the Yodlee connection for your feeds to come through. If it doesn't though, please give our tech support team a call and we'll raise a case with Yodlee to take a closer look.
