Server Busy (Error code -6000,-83)


Hi
I've been having trouble logging into my company file - error attached -
I've called up helpdesk and had been advised just wait and try again. Just wondering if anyone experiencing error?

Did the team go through logging off any active sessions in your Hosted control panel with you?
If not, can you please do so and then logout of the service altogether (use the logout option).
Does the same behaviour persist if you retry after this?

I've tried logging off active session and logged on again. We have 2 company files one for GL and one Payroll - I managed to log on to GL intermittently but have not been able to log on to Payroll file since Tues 3/8 - any other suggestion how to resolve issue please as I have payroll to process soon!

Just had a word with the tech support team about your case and they've given me the suggestion below -
Rename the company file slightly and also ensure that it has no special characters in the file name.
Once that is done, logout of Hosted again and the active session. Log back in and open the newly renamed file. Does it exhibit the same behaviour after this?
